Sonera Industries have all the required automatic and semi-automatic modern machinery.

Starting from its R&D, metal dye Workshop, Color Workshop and Testing Laboratory all are carried out in factory workshop itself.

To name few we have 25 Injection Molding machines with microprocessor controller, and our various testing equipment’s include Inductive Load testing, Impact Test Apparatus ,Ball Pressure Apparatus, Glow wire Apparatus, CCl4, NH4Cl Breaker Dissector, Temperature rise Test, Humidity Chamber ,TC & Torque Test etc.

To name few of the test's we conduct before our products enter the markets are Damage to Conductor Test, High Voltage Test, Pendulum Type Impact Test, Insulation Resistance Test, Switch & Socket Endurance Test, Lateral Force Checking, Cord Grip Test, Fire Test etc.

All these products are developed at our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit, which is installed with latest machinery and sophisticated technology. With the help of all these facilities, we have been able to design premium quality products for our valuable clients. Apart from this, our Quality Inspectors check these electrical and wall clock products after regular intervals to assure that these are defect free.
